Hourly pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50, based on experience, with shifts Monday–Thursday 2pm–7pm. This position supports daily patient flow and clinic operations to uphold FX standards.

Responsibilities

• Front office duties and patient greeting with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist Physical Therapists and Office Coordinator with daily tasks.
• Collect copays and insurance information using the POS system.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and reschedule canceled ones.
• Assist with patient intake at appointments.
