Responsibilities

• Weigh, wrap, code and price products accurately.
• Display product in cases as directed in the highest standards of presentation.
• Set up and breakdown cases, stock freezer, check and remove out of date items, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Make sandwiches/hoagies for cold case.
• Measure and mix ingredients following recipes or using prepared mixes as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products sold in the department.
• Cook, season and/or bake foods as directed.
• Maintain good housekeeping of work, display and storage areas, which also includes dishwashing.
