Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists for Costa Mesa and surrounding areas to join its in-store team. You will teach customers Charlotte’s artistry secrets built from over 20 years in the industry and drive sales through superior makeup artistry and service.

You will work as part of an elite team, representing the brand ethos, and delivering a personalized shopping experience. The role emphasizes sales-driven performance and strong product knowledge in beauty and retail settings.

• Promotes and creates makeup magic in store.
• Delivers expert makeup artistry and customer service.
• Leads and trains Beauty Advisors within retailers.

Responsabilidades

• Drive daily and event sales goals and achieve sales per hour targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share Charlotte Tilbury’s artistry secrets.
• Host/Lead/Execute corporate events within retailers such as Sephora and Ulta.
• Provide exceptional customer service reflecting brand values.
• Maintain counter hygiene and stock levels, assist visual merchandising.
