Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Framer in League City, TX. You will build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders with high quality and on time, operating framing equipment and cash handling, and supporting omni-channel processes in a climate-controlled retail setting. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions and assisting shoppers.
• Deliver sales and production results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find products.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs; support shrink and safety initiatives.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and truck unload/stocking.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
