Job summary

The Michael's Companies in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Part-time Framer (will train) to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions. You will help customers find what they need, maintain a tidy store environment, and support SOPs and company programs.

You will complete framing orders with high quality and on time, operate the cash register, and assist with Omni channel processes. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop for custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and stock areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store safety.
