Responsibilities

• Interact with students and facilitate learning of laboratory concepts.
• Prepare and provide laboratory demonstrations, reference samples, mock case evidence, reagents, solutions, equipment, and supplies to students.
• Track, order, store and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Assist with creation, assessment, and grading of lab practicums, lab exercises, lab notebooks, case folders, and mock crime scenes.
• Maintain course attendance and laboratory entrance logs.
• Proctor written examinations and lab practicums.
• Monitor laboratory environment for safety and health issues.
• Monitor students and their course progress while in the laboratory.
• Other duties as assigned by instructor and laboratory coordinator
