San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS) is seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Associate in Westmont, IL. The role focuses on welcoming customers, fitting SAS footwear, and guiding product choices across shoes, handbags, and care items.

You will assist with POS transactions, maintain store standards, and contribute to a friendly, productive shopping environment. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day store opening and closing procedures through SAS philosophy, standards of service, cleanliness and caring.
• Make weekly bank deposits.
• Provide a friendly welcoming environment by smiling, greeting and acknowledging every customer when they enter the store and engaging them in conversation.
• Help every customer to have a seat, fit them with SAS shoes, and measure their feet.
• Show different categories of shoes, handbags, and shoe care products.
• Get comfortable with operating our POS computer systems for sales, returns, charges, checks and receiving transfers.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and belief in SAS products and the company philosophy through daily actions.
• Be ready to work at your scheduled time and complete special projects.
