Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep work: wash, peel, cut and seed fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Transports pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation per safety rules.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Uses recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and informs supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and inventory/cash controls.
• Maintains sanitation and safety compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
