Job summary

Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a part time Food Service Worker at the Wrentham Developmental Center in Wrentham, MA. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, including weekends, with some flexibility.

The role prepares, presents and serves food, performs prep work, handles ingredients, maintains safety and sanitation, and assists customers. Prior food service experience is preferred; training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Prior prep work, washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits/vegetables may be required.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation and portion-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper dating and rotation.
• Maintains clean work areas and equipment.
• Assists with serving customers and addressing concerns.
• Follows recipes and ensures proper serving temperatures.
• Adheres to company service standards and inventory controls.
