Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, and food-prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet and front-of-house set-up.
• Load or unload supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties.
