• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen work areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and sanitize garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks.
• Load, unload and deliver supplies and product.
• Distribute utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
