Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services in Chicago, IL, is hiring a part-time Food Service Utility to maintain kitchen areas and keep equipment clean. The position requires prior food service utility experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $17.05 per hour.

Shifts are Wednesday and Thursday, 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm, with on-site work at Ascension Living Resurrection Village. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous food service utility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers; steam cleans or hoses garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
