TRDI is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Worker at Randolph AFB to support food preparation, serving, and sanitation operations. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain security clearance, and flexibility in schedule. The position offers benefits including PTO, holidays, and uniforms.

Primary duties include meal assembly, customer service, food handling, and adherence to HACCP and safety standards. Prior food service experience is preferred.

• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Must have commercial cooking experience.
• Must Obtain and Maintain a Security Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Reads recipes and/or product directions; estimates food requirements.
• Operates kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, and season food for cooking, serving and storing.
• Assists in preparation of hot and/or cold foods and proper storage following safety standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment; reports hazards and maintains sanitation.
