Job summary

Lanakila Pacific in Honolulu, HI, seeks a part-time Food Service Worker to support dining operations at the Hickam Hale Aina Dining Facility as part of the AbilityOne program. You will ensure proper food handling, patient and guest service, and adherence to STAR service standards.

The role includes cashiering, setup of stations, and maintenance of food safety and sanitation in a fast-paced environment, with a schedule of four days per week and shifts from 11am to 7pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain hot/cold serving stations; portion food; restock items; communicate with kitchen staff; label food correctly.
• Clean tables and dining areas; restock service items; prepare and plate desserts; support food preparation.
• Operate dishwashers; wash and store dishes; clean equipment and facilities.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective gear; comply with rules and standards.
