Solenis LLC seeks part-time Food Safety Auditors for our Institutional group, auditing retail grocery and foodservice establishments. Auditors will be free of conflicts of interest. Audits occur every day, with day and evening opportunities; travel to client sites is required.

We welcome freelance auditors and independent consultants to apply. Per hour compensation is competitive and travel reimbursement is limited.

Formación

• Certified Professional Food Safety (CP-FS) from NEHA is required.
• 2+ years in grocery, food service or food safety auditing are required.
• Experience in retail or foodservice environments is preferred.
• Availability Mon-Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with evenings/weekends optional.
• Owns a personal tablet with connectivity and camera; ability to drive to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Learn account standards and participate in calibration activities.
• Observe food safety practices, sanitation, and handling to ensure standards.
• Coach and train on noncompliances for managers and workers.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits, including evenings and weekends.
• Complete audits using a tablet (Android or iOS).
• Travel to client sites to conduct audits; plan for travel reimbursement when applicable.

Educación

Certified Professional Food Safety (CP-FS) from NEHA

Bachelor's degree in Food science or related field
