Job summary

The Bright Star Grill in Mount Holly, NC is seeking a Part-Time food prep to join our 16-person strong team. We are located at 205 Madora St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the workstation, preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, grinding), labeling stock and inventories, and weighing ingredients to be used. This is an on-site position with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience working in BOH position
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down workstation
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
