Job summary

North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA (West Location) is seeking a Part-Time Fly Shop Associate to join the team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining an organized department.

The job requires flexibility to work shifts Mon-Sat 7 am–8 pm and Sunday 9 am–5 pm, with weekend and holiday availability. Prior merchandising or fly fishing experience is helpful, and the role supports product education for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fly shop or guiding environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and in-store sales ability.
• Ability to communicate clearly and engage with customers on a regular basis.
• Willingness to share knowledge and train others in fly fishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales in the Fly Shop.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized department.
