Job summary

AMERICAN HEALTH ASSOCIATES in Pinellas County, FL is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform a full range of laboratory testing and report findings to physicians.

Requirements include an active Florida MT or MLT license with ASCP, AMT, or AAB, and an Associate degree in biological science or chemistry. You will maintain quality control and instrument calibrations.

Part-time schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some Saturdays; pay is hourly (BOE).

Qualifications

• Requires experience performing laboratory testing and reporting results.
• Maintains quality control data and instrument calibrations.
• Performs inventory and maintains department supplies.
