Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience with carpet cleaning and floor care is a plus.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, burnishing and basic floor care tasks.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and assist with carpet spotting/extraction as needed.
• Keep public areas clean and notify supervisor of any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to contract requirements, policies and health/safety regulations.
