Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Floor Care Tech for the PM shift in King of Prussia, PA. You will maintain all floor areas, perform dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet spotting, and assist with hazardous waste collection, using floor sweepers, buffers, strippers, and vacuums.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and proven floor maintenance experience. You will work on-site, wear PPE when handling chemicals, and report maintenance issues to your

Qualifications

• Prior floor maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
• Move furniture before and after cleaning.
• Clean, dust, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
• Operate floor equipment including extractors and buffing machines.
• Inspect floors for damage and carry out minor repairs.
• Measure and dispense chemicals correctly.
• Label chemicals correctly and maintain PPE.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and assist with hazardous waste collection.
