Job summary

Aery Aviation, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Flight Coordinator/Dispatch Support to assist the flight operations and charter coordination team during high-volume periods. This role handles dispatch support, flight following, reporting, and administrative tasks to help maintain operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.

The position averages approximately 20 hours per week with scheduling flexibility based on operational needs.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced operational environment.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Experience with FOS/NT or scheduling/dispatching software.
Aviation dispatch license or pilot’s license preferred but not required.
Knowledge of FARs related to Part 91 or Part 135 operations.

Responsibilities

Customer interaction and service excellence during peak periods.
Assist dispatch and charter team with communications.
Provide professional updates to clients, crews, and vendors.
Support dispatchers with follow-up communications, trip confirmations, and documentation.
Assist with flight monitoring, status updates, and trip coordination.
Coordinate fuel, hotel, catering, permits, and ground handling as directed.
Assist with reporting, trip reconciliation, and record keeping.
