StretchLab Rolling Hills in Torrance, CA is seeking a part-time Flexologist to provide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching to members. You will learn each member’s goals, tailor sessions, track progress, and uphold StretchLab’s safety standards while enjoying paid training and opportunities for advancement.

This in-person role requires excellent communication, dependability, and a passion for movement.

Qualifications

• A relevant fitness certification, degree, or professional credential.
• Foundational knowledge of anatomy and movement.
• Comfort providing hands‑on, one‑on‑one services.
• Professional communication and reliable attendance.
• Consistent weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretching sessions using StretchLab techniques and safety standards.
• Learn each member’s goals and tailor sessions within your training.
• Educate members about flexibility, mobility, and consistent stretching habits.
• Track session notes and member progress.
• Create a welcoming experience that encourages members to return.
• Coordinate with the front desk and sales team on member needs and appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and arrive prepared for scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and apply feedback to strengthen your skills.
