Job summary

Staples is hiring Sales Associates to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, process returns, and support online pickups while thriving in a fast-paced, team- oriented retail culture. Training is provided and interviews may be scheduled quickly after applying.

You will multitask across cashier, sales, and merchandising duties, respond promptly to customer requests, and contribute to a positive store environment with the ability to adapt to various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with scheduling based on store needs.
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials (10–50 lbs), climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Retail customer service or cashier experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask across cashier, sales, and merchandising responsibilities.

• Handle returns and online pick-ups.
