Pandora is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate at Macy's Springfield to deliver a world-class jewelry shopping experience. You will help surpass sales goals by sharing product knowledge and building genuine connections with our fans.

The role requires a friendly, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, with availability during peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience a plus; age 18+ and eligibility to work required.

About the Team:

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class

experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it

matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a

voice to people’s loves.

• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on brand operation.
• Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
