Responsibilities

• Deliver a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals.
• Engage and attract customers, share product knowledge, and inspire them to style jewellery.
• Support store operations during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches).
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that demonstrate care.
• Ability to charm and connect with customers at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Comfortable with nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexible availability, working from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

Compensation and Schedule
