About the Team

A Flexible Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with our fans.

• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated care in written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong charm and people skills, able to connect with customers at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Available for a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Experience with flexible scheduling from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
