Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable.

Job Skills / Requirements

$18.00 Per Hour!Must have own reliable vehicle. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shift and be flexible within the weekends to cover available shifts . As an on call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes can be frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. If you are looking for a job that provides variety and have a positive professional attitude, this is the job for you! Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half! If you are called in on your day off on the day of - we pay time and a half for short notice.

• Current Driver's License and a good driving record
• MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.
• Mileage and time travel pay!
• Must be able to obtain WI State Security Officer License
• Pass background check
• Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.
