Job summary

You will educate customers on product features, build relationships, and support selling operations while embracing a fast-paced, fitness-focused brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset.
• Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners.
• Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits.
• Assess the customer’s individual needs providing product recommendations.
• Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale.
• Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks.
• Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas.
• Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers.
