Qualifications

• Solid foundation in health and fitness principles.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality to connect with members.
• Ability to translate passion for wellness into practical guidance for workouts.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Assist members with equipment and space queries.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the workout area.
• Foster a welcoming, positive and energetic culture at the YMCA.
• Help members stay motivated and engaged in their fitness journeys.
