Job summary

Elevation Health in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Fitness Coordinator to oversee the fitness center operations, deliver safe equipment orientations, run group fitness classes, and provide individual training with outstanding customer service.

The role requires CPR/AED and a personal training certification, group exercise experience, a BS in Exercise Science or related field preferred, plus skills in Google Suite and Canva.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification - required
• Personal training certification - required
• Group exercise instruction experience - required
• BS in Exercise Science or related field - preferred
• Wellness & Nutrition Coaching experience - a plus
• Skills: Excellent communication, Google Suite, and Canva

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and be the face of the fitness program with excellent customer service
• Provide fitness assessments
• Provide individual and group equipment orientations
• Provide personal fitness programs
• Create programming to engage residents in fitness and wellness (incentive programs, events, challenges, etc.)
• Web portal technology oversight and management
• Teach group fitness classes
• Hire, train, manage and supervise group exercise instructors and personal trainers (contractors)
• Personal training
• Client relationship- Communications and reporting (monthly and annually)
• Operate and follow all rules, regulations and security protocols provided by client
• Compliance with Centers of Excellence
