Orka Financial is recruiting an experienced Finance Manager for a permanent, part-time role. The position is predominantly home based with occasional in-person meetings in the South, offering £60,000–£70,000 per annum pro rata for two flexible days each week.

You will work with the CEO and a small management team, guiding a Finance Administrator while strengthening controls, reporting and decision-making as the business grows.

Qualificações

• Experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller or senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of UK VAT, PAYE and financial compliance.
• Commercial judgement and ability to translate financial data into recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own management accounts, balance-sheet reporting and cash-flow information.
• Lead budgets, forecasts and performance analysis.
• Advise on investments, hiring, pricing and other commercial decisions.
• Coordinate tax, statutory and regulatory requirements with external advisers.
• Improve finance systems, documentation and reporting for future growth.
• Coach and develop the Finance Administrator.
• Support governance, insurance, contracts and quality-compliance activities.
