Job summary

National Water Services is seeking a part-time Field Technician to visit select health-food stores in Santa Cruz, CA, performing cleaning and data collection on water-dispensing equipment. You will build relationships with store staff and provide post-visit reports.

This role offers a flexible schedule with hourly pay, and interviews will be conducted via Teams. You must be able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and have a smartphone and email access.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder.
• Have a Smartphone and Email.

Responsibilities

• Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
• Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
• Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.
