Job summary

Advantage Investigations is seeking a Part-Time SIU/Claims Investigator in Boston, MA/Surrounding Areas. The role involves conducting investigations of auto, property, liability, and workers’ compensation claims, with door-to-door pay and mileage reimbursement at IRS rates.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of claims investigation experience, a Private Investigator License, and the ability to travel daily using a personal vehicle. Training is provided and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• 3 years claims investigative experience preferred.
• 3 years investigative experience required.
• Private Investigator License required in most states.
• Proficient in case management systems and MS Office.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of auto, property, liability, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Review assignments and supporting documentation before on-site work.
• Consult with the Manager on case strategies throughout the process.
• Locate subjects and perform case investigations with statements and scene checks.
• Create daily updates with photos, reports, and diagrams in a timely manner.
