Valet Living is seeking a part-time Field Services Technician to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and well-kept during daytime hours. You’ll log activity with our app and work within your local area.

Earn $24 per hour for 10 hours per week, with daytime shifts and local assignments. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role supports flexible, active work and hands-on results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation: Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Smartphone with data plan to use our work app.

Responsabilités

• Maintain disposal areas, dumpster enclosures, and common spaces.
• Distribute and compact trash using company-provided equipment.
• Sort and handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
• Perform general porter services like sweeping, cleaning enclosures, and debris removal.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas.
• Empty trash from public and common-area receptacles and replace liners.
• Use our mobile app to log service activity and confirm completion.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep apartment communities clean, functional, and compliant by maintaining disposal areas, dumpster enclosures, and common spaces.
• Evenly distribute and compact trash using company-provided equipment.
• Sort and handle recycling and compost materials according to company procedures.
• Perform general porter services like sweeping, cleaning enclosures, and removing debris.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty trash from public and common-area receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app on your smartphone to log service activity and confirm completion.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift.

What You'll Get

• Schedule: Daytime shifts, Monday-Friday or Saturday-Wednesday, starting at 6:00 AM
