Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to provide frontline, onsite support for deployed equipment in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This flexible, non-exempt role covers first and second line maintenance, installations, and upgrades with documentation and time-tracking of work performed.

The position requires a high school diploma, US work authorization, and a valid driver’s license with travel to field sites. Prior field service or technical support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Android familiarity with mobile devices and apps.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to accurately track time and report hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance.
• Execute simple corrective actions such as resets and configuration checks.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities including inspections and cleaning.
• Deliver, replace, and document spare or defective parts used.
• Record time worked and service outcomes in service management tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and site-specific requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as needed.
• Provide status updates and participate in service coordination meetings.
