The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a motivated Part-Time Field Sales Representative to grow our Glidden business within a Home Depot territory. You will work onsite in the El Monte, CA area, engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers while coordinating with Home Depot teams to boost product sales.

In this role you will build strong relationships with store leadership, train staff on Glidden and Olympic paints, identify sales opportunities, and use CRM tools to manage your territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

• Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates
• Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products
• Identifysales opportunities and grow accounts within your territory
• Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20-24/hr with incentives.
