U.S. LawShield in Tacoma seeks a Field Sales Representative to lead group presentations at local firearms ranges, stores and training facilities. This flexible, weekend-based, part-time role includes additional weekday events as scheduled.

Earn above-average income with uncapped commissions; typical presenters earn $2,000+ per month with 10–20 hours weekly, and top performers can move into full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills to guide small groups.
• Passion for firearms and self-defense education.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Experience in sales or law enforcement/military background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects to a decision.
• Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.
• Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
