Weekend and gun-show events form the main schedule, with flexible weekday opportunities. Top performers earn unlimited commissions with 10–20 hours weekly; license costs are covered and training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency with PowerPoint, apps, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects to a decision.
