Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills for group audiences.
• Deep passion for firearms and self-defense education.
• Competitive drive with self-initiative and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Sales experience or relevant background is a plus.
