Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Retail Sales Merchandiser in the United States to service and sell to retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will help meet client standards and grow sales by enhancing in-store visibility and brand image.

The ideal candidate is independent, ambitious, and driven to succeed, with strong sales skills and the confidence to influence store-level decision makers. Paid training and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–2 years of retail sales/merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with daily discussions with customers.
• Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing demands and client goals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store personnel and support action plans.
• Ensure sales are executed on time and align with client growth initiatives.
• Meet/exceed sales goals by increasing in-store visibility of products and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards for product availability.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive product positioning and awareness.
