Job summary

RDSolutions in Missouri is hiring part-time Field Representatives in the Monett area. You will complete projects for the company, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and a guaranteed minimum with upside based on productivity.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma, smartphone with the pricing app, valid driver's license and insurance, and reliable transportation. Training provided; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collecting items in store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based tasks and collect or assemble items per project requirements.
• Adhere to project criteria and schedules.
• Maintain reliability and timely communication with the team.
