U.S. LawShield is seeking a Part-Time Field Sales Representative to deliver engaging group presentations at gun shows and local ranges. The role centers on turning audiences into members, with weekends as the primary schedule and weekday events available.

Top performers earn above-average commissions, with training provided and the license fully paid by us. This flexible role offers growth into fuller-time opportunities for standout presenters.

Qualifications

• Charismatic, high-performing presenter with ability to read a room and guide small groups to a decision in 20–30 minutes.
• Passion for firearms education and the Second Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision.
• Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.™
• Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
