Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Bridgeport, CT, is seeking a Part-Time Field Merchandiser to work independently across assigned retailers. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, and collaborate with store teams to optimize displays and inventory while supporting seasonal resets and installations.

We offer paid training, a variable schedule, and voluntary benefits for part-time employees. Availability around holidays and weekends is often required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work in Hallmark department across various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, mass retailers).
• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory using a Hallmark-provided mobile device.
• Support holiday and seasonal resets, installations, and periodical remodeling tasks.
• Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain displays.
