Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support store merchandising, stocking and display enhancements. You will visit stores, capture display photos, and ensure Nabisco brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy are properly represented and promoted according to Mondelēz guidelines.

The role requires at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, ability to drive a personal vehicle, and physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Worcester, MA.
• Schedule availability: Sun, Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri and Sat.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and coordinate with the sales representative to optimize shelf visibility and promotions.
• Conduct in-store visits per Mondelēz merchandising steps and capture photos of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and displayed per guidelines and well represented.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and escalate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and participate in new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in-store representing Mondelēz.
