Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service Missouri and Illinois territories. The role involves stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, and moving products from backrooms to sales floors.

The job is labor intensive with lifting and moving cases (20–45 lbs), requires a reliable schedule, and involves frequent visits to store locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, etc.).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, etc.).
• Operate with minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
