Job summary

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in Charlottesville and nearby communities. You'll manage in-store relationships and execute merchandising resets.

This role features daytime hours, a flexible, part-time schedule (10-15 hours per week), paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to advance within North America's leading impulse merchandising company.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 3–8 hours.
• Resides within 20 miles of Charlottesville, VA.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets.
• Build retail displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clips & J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams.
