Monster Energy Company’s Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) Program is the national engine that puts our drinks in hands, our brand in minds, and our presence wherever it matters. From guerrilla sampling to street retail, the CEM team is the heartbeat of how Monster connects with communities nationwide.

Ambassadors will generate trial, distribute POS, manage materials, and assist with event setup and merchandising at retail accounts.

Qualifications

• Stand for long shifts during events and activations.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Part-time role up to 30 hours/week.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling.
• Distribute POS to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty.
• Care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company.
• Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule.
• Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform.
• Communicate professionally with consumers and team members.
• Assist with event planning, setup, activation and teardown.
• Assist with sales and trade merchandising at retail accounts.
