Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a part-time Stylist to connect customers with our latest collections on the shop floor in West Hollywood, CA. You will style customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain the store’s ambience.

You will receive training, work with a supportive team, and have chances to explore visual merchandising and operations while delivering a memorable brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of fashion brands and current trends.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and energy on the shop floor.
• Able to solve customer issues quickly and empathetically.
• Comfort with using in-store digital tools and POS systems.
• Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks and launches.
• High attention to detail in styling and store presentation.
• Passion for fashion and ambassador for AllSaints.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time on the shop floor styling customers.
• Share product knowledge and provide an exceptional brand experience.
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure products are readily available.
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders.
• Make service decisions to resolve issues while retaining loyalty.
• Work as one AllSaints team to achieve store targets.
