Maurices Incorporated in New Bern, NC is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience, assist customers with wardrobe needs, and support visual merchandising.

You will focus on customer service, build wardrobes, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining store presentation and using in-store technology.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/Achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what's new and what's already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
