Job summary

Maurices Marinette is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and build wardrobes. You’ll participate in visual merchandising and store presentation, focusing on customers’ needs to reach sales goals.

You will guide shoppers through our brand experience, leveraging in-store technology to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience. A 16+ age requirement and a flexible schedule are required, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store tech (POS, tablets, headsets) for promotions and omni-channel shopping.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer.
